Job Summary
A Data Entry Agent, works with our sales teams and field technicians to input costumer data into our database systems with high attention to detail and accuracy. The main duties will include updating the company database/CRM.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Collecting information from customers and clients with accuracy.
- Entering data into the central database with accuracy.
- Retrieving customer data as requested.
- Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors and correcting any errors.
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
- Assisting sales team and field technicians with new customer account setup.
