The goal of the Scheduling Department is to ensure the customer gets an appointment in a timely manner. We want to make sure the technicians get the correct amount of work without overbooking them. To ensure this happens, we will learn how to schedule an appointment in the correct time frames so the tech has time to successfully complete the task they are scheduled for. When the schedule is done correctly, the technicians and the customers are satisfied. Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. We want to make sure we are ending every call on a positive note. The goal is to let the customer know that we are here to help them with everything that they need. Although customer satisfaction is our #1 priority, respecting our technicians and their schedules are also important. The technicians depend on us to make sure their day is efficient and we are here to help them throughout the day.
Every customer must be taken care of. We are expected to assist customers with everything they need, this may include scheduling an appointment for them or getting them connected to the proper department for non-appointment-related questions or concerns. We need to end every call knowing that we did everything that we could to assist the customer to the best of our ability. You are not expected to know the answer to everything, but you are expected to provide the customer with the best experience possible and know where to redirect the customer. Every agent is expected to log in on time and be ready to work. Every agent is expected to be professional at all times to both our customers and our fellow co-workers.
