  • Candidate will provide customer support through Email, Onsite Chat, Phone (inbound, outbound)
  • Candidate will have daily tasks of order follow ups, estimates follow ups

  • Can speak english language (native, fluent)
  • Ecommerce Industry Experience
  • Salesforce, Zoho Experience (or related CRM)
  • Understanding of Ecommerce CMS Platforms (Magento, Shopify etc.)
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Highly comfortable with phone support
