Duties/Responsibilities
- Candidate will provide customer support through Email, Onsite Chat, Phone (inbound, outbound)
- Candidate will have daily tasks of order follow ups, estimates follow ups
Qualifications
- Can speak english language (native, fluent)
- Ecommerce Industry Experience
- Salesforce, Zoho Experience (or related CRM)
- Understanding of Ecommerce CMS Platforms (Magento, Shopify etc.)
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Highly comfortable with phone support
